Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

These website terms are provided for general information and are being reviewed by qualified legal counsel prior to public launch.

7 Vision Companies Inc. respects the privacy of visitors, customers and users of its websites and services. This Privacy Policy explains, at a general level, how information submitted through the 7 Vision website may be collected, used and protected.

Information We May Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, inquiry details, account information and information submitted through contact, enrollment, booking, checkout or client forms. Website and service providers may also process technical information such as device, browser, usage, cookie and transaction-related data.

How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries; provide requested products or services; communicate about projects, programs or accounts; process transactions; operate and improve the website; provide customer support; send authorized communications; maintain security; and comply with legal obligations.

Service Providers

7 Vision may use third-party providers for website hosting, payment processing, scheduling, email delivery, analytics, media, AI-enabled services and other operational functions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Payments

Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. 7 Vision should not intentionally store complete payment-card information on its own website when payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics and other disclosed purposes. Where required, users should be provided appropriate choices or notices regarding non-essential technologies.

For its own traffic measurement, 7 Vision records anonymous page-view counts only. No cookies, local storage, device fingerprints or cross-page identifiers are used for analytics, and no IP address, browser user-agent string or full referring URL is stored. Each view is a standalone count of the page visited, whether the screen was mobile, and the referring website's domain. Browsers sending a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not counted at all.

Data Sharing

7 Vision does not sell personal information merely for the purpose of providing third parties with unrelated marketing lists. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, transaction partners or authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the services, protect rights and security, complete a business transaction, or comply with law.

Data Security and Retention

Reasonable administrative and technical measures should be used to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information should be retained only as reasonably necessary for operational, contractual, legal, accounting or legitimate business purposes.

Your Choices

Users may contact 7 Vision to request updates to information they have provided or to ask privacy-related questions. Additional rights may apply depending on the user's jurisdiction and the nature of the information.

Children

The general 7 Vision Companies website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Program-specific services involving minors, if any, should use separate appropriate consent and privacy procedures.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date should be updated when material revisions are published.
